You will be joining Gigabyte Technology India Pvt. Ltd. as a Call Center Representative in Kolkata. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries and concerns efficiently through emails and phone calls. Your excellent command of English, both spoken and written, will be crucial for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Efficiently handle customer inquiries and concerns through prompt responses via email and phone calls. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with customers. - Document and update customer information in the system accurately. - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues. Requirements: - Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. - Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy. - Proficient in using customer service software and computer applications. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is beneficial. - Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
