Tech Support BPO Executive

As a Telecaller in the Technical Support team located in Visakhapatnam, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by handling both inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting basic problems related to hardware, software, and networks, as well as escalating complex issues to Tier 2/3 support teams. Your ability to communicate effectively, provide accurate information with professionalism and empathy, and ensure high customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role. You will be expected to handle incoming calls from customers requiring tech support, make outbound calls to follow up on service requests, and record customer interactions and solutions in the system. Additionally, maintaining an updated knowledge of company products and services will be essential for providing comprehensive support to customers. To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience in customer support or tech support roles, along with a basic understanding of computer systems, software, and networks. Strong verbal communication skills in either English, Hindi, or Telugu, coupled with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure, are crucial requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, while possessing a technical diploma or certification would be an added advantage. Preferred qualifications for this role include familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools such as Zoho or Freshdesk, knowledge of remote desktop tools and help desk software, and prior experience in a BPO or IT support environment.
