Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at our company located in Mohali, India, you will be an integral part of our dedicated support team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting US clients in resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include providing detailed guidance to clients on troubleshooting system issues, operating system errors, and driver-related problems. You will also be diagnosing technical issues related to printers, laptops, and desktop computers, as well as recording, tracking, and managing support tickets through our CRM system. Additionally, you will need to identify and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support and be familiar with fundamental computer hardware and software components. Strong English communication skills and active listening abilities are also essential for effective client interactions. This position offers you the opportunity to contribute to client satisfaction while expanding your technical expertise in a dynamic environment.
