Job Description

As a Tech Sales Manager focused on Customer Support at Elcom Digital, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and driving growth in the tech space. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Sales and Relationship Building: Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored tech solutions. - Customer Support Leadership: Oversee the customer support team to ensure every interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and effectively. - Tech Product Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge to present and explain complex products and services to customers in an easy-to-understand manner. - Problem Solving: Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions. - Training & Mentoring: Provide ongoing training for the customer support team to keep them updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. - Customer Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback to shape future product offerings, improve processes, and drive customer-centric innovation. - Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to align support efforts with sales strategies, meeting customer satisfaction and business growth targets. - Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer support metrics, and customer satisfaction to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-6 years in sales and customer support, preferably in the tech or digital space. - Skills & Qualifications: - Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals and manage client relationships. - Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to customers effectively. - Leadership experience to manage and motivate a team. - Technical knowledge of digital or technology products/services. - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing effective solutions quickly. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
