Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., your main responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers experiencing printer, router, and antivirus issues. You will be required to diagnose the problems effectively and provide appropriate solutions to the customers. Additionally, you will need to recommend the best technical support plan and relevant software to the customers.
