Job Description

As a Tech Risk and Controls Associate-IAM within the Corporate Technology organization, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic technology programs to enhance corporate functions. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the creation of technology strategies, program and project frameworks, and solutions that support Technology within the corporate functions. One of your key focus areas will be promoting strategic programs such as User Access Management and Application Access Controls. You will work closely with Technology teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality results and contribute to the overall success of the organization. In the Strategy Project Execution role, you will be instrumental in creating technology strategies, program and project frameworks, and solutions that support Technology within the corporate functions. Your role will involve adopting value-creating approaches to IT, guiding IT investments based on mission-relevant criteria, and helping teams leverage IT to enhance operational results. Your responsibilities will include driving the execution of the firm's highest priorities and top strategic initiatives, developing expertise across various functions and businesses, and honing your problem-solving, modelling, solution creation, program delivery, communications, and thought leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Drive strategic programs such as User Access Management and Application Access Controls. - Manage initiatives and projects by developing detailed plans and deliverables. - Ensure compliance with firm-wide risk reduction programs. - Clearly communicate project progress and status reporting. - Proactively define and offer solutions to issues. - Manage timeline, scope, and milestone delivery effectively. - Collaborate with Technology teams to achieve deliverables. - Analyze operational and financial data to support program budgeting and planning. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Bachelor's degree with experience in strategy, process consulting, and project/program execution. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Execution supporting strategic business initiatives. - Experience with application development, architecture, or infrastructure. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint tools. - Exposure to the technical arena and understanding of system development and process improvement. - Excellent written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Familiarity with modern front-end technologies. - Exposure to cloud technologies.
