Tech Recruiter - Contract

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Priceline, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth of our Mumbai office by recruiting top talent across various technology roles. Your passion for direct sourcing and experience with multiple tools will be key in identifying and attracting professionals to join our world-class team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle full-cycle recruiting for openings in Technology, Product, Data, and other areas - Utilize your expertise in direct sourcing to identify top talent through established networks - Provide regular recruitment status updates in meetings with hiring managers and functional client contacts - Collaborate with colleagues in the People and Culture team to ensure a seamless candidate experience - Work towards achieving quarterly recruitment goals such as hires per quarter and time-to-fill metrics **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field - 4-5 years of experience in full life cycle corporate recruitment or in a RPO model - Proven success in recruiting for Data Science & Analytics and Technology roles across all levels - Strong skills in employer branding, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous situations - Demonstrated alignment with Priceline's core values: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust - Uphold unquestionable integrity and ethics in all aspects of recruitment activities, in line with Priceline's values and culture.,
