Tech Recruiter - Contract

Role Overview: You will play a key role in contributing to the growth of Priceline's Mumbai office by handling full-cycle recruiting for various openings across Technology, Product, Data, and other areas. Your passion for direct sourcing, utilizing multiple tools, and leveraging established networks will be crucial in sourcing top talent. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers and functional client contacts to provide recruitment status updates and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Meeting quarterly hiring goals and maintaining applicant tracking system updates will be essential to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of openings across Technology, Product, Data, and others - Utilize direct sourcing and experience with multiple tools and networks - Provide recruitment status updates in meetings with hiring managers and client contacts - Collaborate with peers in the People and Culture team throughout the recruitment life-cycle - Meet quarterly goals such as hires per quarter, time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking system updates Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field - 4-5 years of professional experience in full life cycle corporate recruitment or in an RPO model - Accomplished recruiter across all levels with a focus on Data Science & Analytics and Technology - Proven success in employer branding, candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer positioning, and closing - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous situations - Demonstrated alignment with Priceline's core values: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust - Uphold unquestionable integrity and ethics in all aspects of work, reflecting the commitment to achieving the Right Results, the Right Way at Priceline,
