Tech Ops Engineer

As a Technical Operations Engineer at Peppermint Robotics, you will play a crucial role in the deployment, operations, and service of Peppermint robots at customer locations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing demos across operational regions, engaging in technical briefings from engineering teams, and learning about robotics with Peppermint. Based in Pune, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless functioning of Peppermint's commercial housekeeping robots. You will be tasked with installing, configuring, and maintaining company products or systems at client sites. Managing and executing operations and service of Peppermint Robots, as well as handling service, preventive maintenance, and technical support queries for Peppermint customers will be part of your key responsibilities. Leading robot deployments and demos, which include programming, training, and certification of customer staff, will also be a significant aspect of your role. Providing detailed documentation and reporting about deployments, demos, and maintenance + service plans according to Key Result Areas (KRAs) will be essential. You will need to ensure timely resolution while upholding the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction. Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site is imperative. Keeping yourself updated on product developments and industry trends to offer informed recommendations to clients will also be a part of your routine tasks. Documenting service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and parts used, will help in maintaining a record of all operations.
