Track the work allocation/milestone of the individual programmers to ensure the tasks assigned are completed ON-TIME
Proactively identify any Potential resource RISKs & work with NVS Leads for preparing the contingency plans.Proactively communicate with Novartis leads if the associates are running out of workPerform the sample/spot QC of programmers on a Monthly basis, and document any findingsDiscuss the finding with the associate in 1:1 meeting and extend any training and mentoring . Work with IQVIA HR for any additional support needsPerform mandatory QC of New joiners for a minimum of 2 months or until the manager feel the associate can perform tasks with minimal supervision.Ensure there is active participation in the monthly PRM connects (agenda is shared in the next slide)- drive the meeting with NVS leads to address and resolve any concerns raised . MoM’s are prepared and circulated post meetingTrack the issues until resolution (AMBER to GREEN) in a central IQVIA repositoryProvide additional QC support for critical projects that requires attention (based on the input from NVS leads)Proactively work with NVS leads to upskill the competencies of programmer from time-to-time basis – includes Process trainings, Technical trainings ,Tools, soft skills etc100% responsible for Hiring, Onboarding of new/replacement resources and offboarding of resources of portfolios to ensure there are adequate resources at all point of timeEnsure the Compliances are maintained at 100% (Timesheet and Learning portals)Ensure the Utilization of individual programmers are maintained at 90% and above.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
