Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary. Build rapport with customers to create a seamless customer experience across all your interactions. Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to Sales target, response time, eNPS , resolution time, customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives where applicable. Required profile: Any Undergraduate or Graduate freshers with good communication skills Target driven mindset with the focus on results Adaptable to changes in processes and targets Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Knowledge would be prefered.
