Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Calling professional, based in Chennai. The Patient Calling professional will be responsible for communicating with patients, scheduling appointments, following up on patient inquiries, handling patient feedback, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and collaborating effectively with healthcare providers and administrative staff.
