Tech Leads Java

As a Tech Lead at Nextgen, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering projects, client management, and ensuring quality assurance. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and finalizing client requirements, managing onsite and offshore projects, budget and cost analysis, high-level design, resource management, time estimation, project execution and control, quality planning and control, risk and issue management, change management, and version control. Prior experience in handling Service Delivery Platforms for the Telecom/Mobile sphere is preferred, and candidates from the Telecom/Mobile domain are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in Project Conceptualization, Management, and Delivery - Skilled in Client Management - Experience in Telecom, Mobile, Vas, Java - Capable of Project Implementation - Able to ensure Quality Assurance Qualifications Required: - MCA/PGDCA or B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science from a Premier institute Skills Required: - Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in core Java, JSP, Servlets as a developer - Minimum 3 years experience in leading a team of Java developers - Familiarity with Software Engineering processes and Design patterns - Proficiency in Project Management Tools like Microsoft Project - Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, XML, HTML, WML, XHTML - Experience with IDEs like Eclipse, Netbeans, Jbuilder, Rational Architect Suite - Proficiency in Java Web development and web servers like JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere - Strong database skills including MS SQL Server 7.0 and MySQL - Experience in Ajax, SEO, Hibernate - Good programming, debugging, and troubleshooting skills - Working knowledge of Linux - Ability to configure web/application servers on Linux/Windows - Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Exposure to GSM/CDMA/GPRS/EDGE Wireless Data technologies and Data networking concepts - Experience in Value-added services domain such as Prepaid/IN System, Charging, Mail, SMS, MMS, Instant messaging, streaming Additional Skills: - Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in teams Join Nextgen and be part of a dynamic team that is expanding to meet client requirements and achieve targeted growth plans.,
