Strong 8+ years exp in QA activities for SAP deployments with experience in ECC and S4 HANA as well.Expertise in QA tools such as HP ALM and WorksoftMust be able to draft a QA Strategy for the programShould be able to define entire structure for Requirement to test cases traceability , Test cases structure , Testing KPIs , Defect management , Reporting of Testing and DefectsMust be able to created dashboards and articulate risks and issue to senior leadershipPropose and implement means to automate the test scripts , how to reduce SIT and UAT cycle timeInnovative ideas on how to reduce defect creep rather than fixing defects ( Focus on QA than QC)Risk based regression testing
