APTOS / APTOSOne Functional Consultant Job Title: APTOS / APTOSOne Functional Consultant(8 10 Years experience) Location: Bangalore Employment Type: [Full Time] Role Overview: As an APTOS / APTOSOne Functional Consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of APTOS solutions. Your role will involve analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and configuring APTOSOne software to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional assessments and requirement gathering sessions to identify business needs. Configure and implement APTOSOne solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including technical consultants and project managers, to deliver high quality implementations. Provide training and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of APTOS solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during project delivery and post implementation support. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in functional consulting, preferably with APTOS or similar retail solutions. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and articulate tailored solutions. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non technical stakeholders. Familiarity with retail industry processes and best practices is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with APTOSOne software or similar platforms. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth.
