Tech Lead Salesforce

As a Tech Lead at our e-commerce organization, your role will involve managing, integrating, and developing software solutions using Salesforce B2C CommerceCloud. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile processes, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, change, or integrate Salesforce B2C CommerceCloud with other tools as necessary. - Define and ensure alignment of OpenAPI specifications with company standards. - Develop software using technologies like Javascript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions. - Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Mentor and coach junior team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of software architecture experience, with at least 3 years in e-commerce. - Proficiency in Salesforce B2C CommerceCloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Force.com, Heroku, Mulesoft, and Apigee. - Ability to define OpenAPI specifications. - Strong knowledge of development languages such as Javascript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON. - Familiarity with IaaS, particularly Google Cloud (desired, but not required). - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Experience with agile processes. - High level of English proficiency. - Understanding of the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.,
