Tech Lead

As the Technical Lead at Metadrob, your role involves leading the technical architecture and development efforts for the virtual showroom platform. You will mentor and guide the development team in implementing best practices and coding standards. Collaboration with product managers and designers will be crucial to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your responsibility will also include driving innovation and continuous improvement in the development processes. Additionally, staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluating their potential impact on the platform will be part of your role. You will conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and scalability, leading by example in coding, problem-solving, and communication. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a technical leader or lead developer in a fast-paced environment. - Expertise in Three.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong portfolio of web development projects. - Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to make strategic technical decisions while considering business goals and constraints. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).,
