Ensure that the code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and integrate them seamlessly with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing among peers. - Stay updated on industry technology trends, contribute to technical communities within the organization, and foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. - Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data. - Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with Java8/17/21, SpringBoot3, Spring Security, React JS/React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Redux. - Highly valued skills include knowledge of Message Queue services (JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), Database technologies (JPA/Hibernate, PostgreSQL/MySQL), microservices architecture, DevOps tools (Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Maven/Gradle), and testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library). The role is based in Pune, India. Please note that as an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational effectiveness. You will lead a team in performing complex tasks, setting objectives, coaching employees, and promoting a culture of technical excellence.
