Tech Lead - Full Stack

As a Tech Lead - Full Stack at our company, you will be responsible for establishing a technical vision and leading developers to turn it into reality. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development and maintenance of scalable and robust enterprise applications, managing day-to-day deliverables of development/QA/design resources, and contributing to project plans with time estimations. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively identify issues and implement innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a technical vision and work with developers to implement it - Lead the development and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications - Manage day-to-day deliverables of development/QA/design resources - Build, nurture, and train team members while implementing effective processes and best practices - Contribute to project plans and develop time estimations - Proactively identify and solve issues with innovative solutions Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in C#, ASP.Net, SQL, Web Services, and API - Hands-on experience in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML - Strong knowledge of OOP, Data structures & Algorithms - Experience in designing, developing, and deploying highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems - Previous experience managing and mentoring a team of at least 3-4 developers - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for technology If you possess good business acumen, analytical abilities, and a high IQ with problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.
