Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Python Development for AI-Powered Applications

Build and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Python applications.

Develop reusable libraries and tools to accelerate solution delivery.

Ensure secure coding practices and adhere to clean code principles.

2. AI & Machine Learning Integration

Leverage AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn to build intelligent solutions.

Fine-tune pre-trained models or develop custom AI models.

Deploy models in production environments ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

3. Solution Architecture & Integration

Design and implement scalable solution architectures.

Create RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate AI components with other systems.

Develop data pipelines for AI/ML workflows including data collection, cleaning, and transformation.

4. Performance Optimization & Testing

Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Write comprehensive unit and integration tests.

Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments.

5. Research & Experimentation

Stay current with emerging AI trends, frameworks, and tools.

Experiment with state-of-the-art models (e.g., LLMs, generative AI).

Rapidly prototype innovative solutions and assess feasibility.

6. Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Automation, UI/UX, Business).

Communicate technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to solution design discussions.

7. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Maintain clear documentation for codebases, integrations, and workflows.

Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

Required Skills

Proficient in Python with experience in frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks.

Experience in API development and integration.

Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Familiarity with AI deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.).

Understanding of data pipelines and handling large datasets.

Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Awareness of AI ethics, model interpretability, and security practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
