Job Description

11-14 years of experience in DevOps and MLOps; Should have strong experience in DevOps before transitioning to MLOps
At least 5 years of experience in MLOps
LLMOPs and AgenticOps
Knowledge of agentic AI
RAG architecture, vector DBs, finetuning of LLMs, model distillation and quantization
Manage CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Atlassian suite or similar
Knowledge of data pipelines and model pipelines along with knowledge of AI DLC (development lifecycle), Familiarity with ML concepts - classical ML, GenAI, AgenticAI
Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark
Experience with at least one cloud platform. Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch and CodePipeline. Strongly preferred: AWS
Strong stakeholder management skills and team management experience (expected to manage a team of around 15-20 people)
Knowledge of Agile and program management practices
