Tech Hiring Manager/Sr Manager

You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of mandates and management of revenue targets. You should have the ability to handle multiple positions across various industries by applying different strategies to successfully fill these positions. It will be important to closely monitor workflow, volumes, and business needs to accurately forecast and allocate appropriate manpower. Your role will involve Key Account management, where you will be responsible for monitoring revenue growth and acquiring new accounts within the existing vertical. Ensuring client/customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of your job, along with coordinating with clients to maintain fruitful relationships and achieve business goals. Developing relationships and strategies with key decision-makers will be crucial. You should strive to understand each client's needs and marketing strategy in order to present custom and creative solutions that help them meet their goals. Monitoring the conversion ratio at every stage of the recruitment process and taking corrective action when necessary will also be part of your responsibilities. Team management and adherence to organizational processes are essential. You may need to liaise with other departments within the organization as and when the need arises to ensure seamless operations. Preferred candidates for this position should come from a Talent Acquisition Consulting background and have experience in Tech Hiring. Excellent communication skills are a must for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.,
