About the Role:

This role leverages your curiosity for technology and systems thinking, combined with structured evaluation and feedback, to enhance AI performance across technical and analytical domains

.In this role, you will work alongside experts at the intersection of AI and technology, contributing to improving model reasoning, contextual understanding, and real-world technical accuracy in SOTA models.

Responsibilities:

• Support multiple technical projects by assisting in data operations, documentation, and analysis
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to understand system workflows and contribute to process optimization
• Evaluate and test tools, frameworks, and internal systems to identify potential improvements
• Conduct technical research to assist with problem-solving and project enhancements
• Ensure proper version control, documentation, and adherence to quality standards across technical tasks

Requirements:

• Annotate and evaluate model outputs across different technical aspects (think of code outputs in Java, C++, SQL, etc.)
• Review and refine AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and reasoning quality
• Analyze data patterns to improve model understanding and consistency
• Contribute to model alignment, interpretability, and ethical reasoning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback into training cycle
