Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to end-user applications and authentication solutions.
Manage authentication tools and technologies such as
Active Directory
,
Azure AD
,
SSO
,
MFA
, and
IAM platforms
.
Analyze existing processes and recommend solutions to improve authentication and application access efficiency.
Lead the planning and implementation of application updates and patches.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with authentication and identity access management policies.
Provide L2/L3 support for authentication issues and application access problems.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with QA teams to validate functionality before deployment.
Maintain documentation, process flows, and training materials for end-user application use and access.
Participate in ITIL-based service delivery and incident/change/problem management processes.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong understanding of
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
concepts.
Experience with
Active Directory
,
LDAP
,
Azure AD
,
SSO
, and
MFA solutions
(e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Duo).
Proficient in troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues.
Familiarity with enterprise applications like
Office 365
,
ServiceNow
,
SAP
, etc.
Hands-on experience with tools like
JIRA
,
Confluence
, and
ServiceNow
for documentation and ticket tracking.
Working knowledge of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Basic understanding of scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
