We Are Hiring: Technical Inventory & Show Operations Lead (Freshers Welcome)

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our team in managing sound, lighting, and trussing inventory, and to support the technical team in delivering top-quality output at all our shows and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage inventory of sound, light, and trussing equipment
• Ensure all gear is show-ready, well-maintained, and properly stored
• Coordinate logistics and equipment planning for upcoming shows
• Lead and supervise the technical team during setup, execution, and teardown
• Maintain high standards of output and professionalism in all event executions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site as needed

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Strong knowledge of sound, lighting, and trussing equipment
• Proven experience in inventory management and team leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to take initiative and ensure top-quality show performance

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
