Project Role :Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert

Project Role Description :Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

Summary:Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing the reputation of the organization in the marketplace. By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that both Accenture and client objectives are met effectively and efficiently.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Develop and implement best practices for project delivery.Professional & Technical
Skills:

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.-Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, and Employee Central.

Strong understanding of learning management systems and their integration with other HR systems.

Experience in project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
