Tech Delivery Manager (Automation) - Banking

We Are Hiring A Seasoned Tech Delivery Manager For Our BFS Domain, Below are the details to refer. Work Location: Mumbai Job Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Tech Delivery Manager with deep expertise in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain and a proven track record in automation delivery . The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of overall experience , including 10+ years in test automation , having successfully led and delivered large-scale automation projects across retail, corporate, or digital banking landscapes. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end test automation delivery for banking applications including digital channels, APIs, and core banking systems. Define and implement automation strategies aligned with banking domain best practices and regulatory requirements. Manage and guide automation teams working with Selenium , API automation tools (like Postman, RestAssured), and mobile automation (Appium, etc.). Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality banking applications. Drive stakeholder engagement, governance meetings, and risk mitigation for automation programs. Monitor delivery metrics, ensure adherence to timelines, and manage dependencies across multiple tracks. Continuously improve automation processes and frameworks in alignment with CI/CD and Agile/DevOps practices. Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory norms through robust testing strategies. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, with 10+ years in test automation . Strong domain knowledge of banking and financial services (Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Core Banking, Payments, etc.). Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver , API Testing (Postman, RestAssured), and Mobile Automation (Appium). Proven ability to lead large-scale automation projects with distributed teams and complex business functions. Expertise in Agile/Scrum and DevOps-driven delivery environments. Strong technical background with scripting experience in Java, Python, or similar. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and test management tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail). Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Good to Have: Experience with automation in regulatory or compliance-heavy banking programs. Exposure to AI/ML in testing , RPA tools , or performance testing . Certification in ISTQB, PMP, Agile, or tool-specific certifications. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
