As a Senior Technical Business Analyst at EY, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless project delivery by collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your strong knowledge of financial domains, along with your business analysis and technical skills, will be instrumental in translating business needs into technical specifications and functional designs. Your ability to identify tech-based solutions and create detailed integration specifications will be key in meeting business requirements effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, define acceptance criteria, and maintain product backlog. - Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional designs. - Identify technological solutions to meet business requirements. - Create detailed specifications for integration requirements and collaborate with developers to develop necessary integration solutions. - Document functional requirements, data mappings, and API mappings. - Develop and evaluate business logic, data transformations, computations, and any additional data modifications. - Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, execute UAT, and obtain signoffs from business stakeholders. - Oversee testing efforts to ensure features and functions meet business requirements. - Prioritize requests, changes, and ensure a robust change management workflow is established. - Facilitate reviews with internal teams and clients to obtain approvals for project costs, schedules, and plans. - Conduct workshops, design sessions, and gather requirements from various stakeholders. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes. - Stay updated and aligned with evolving technology trends in the industry. - Manage multiple activities, build working relationships, take initiative, and master new tasks quickly. - Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail. **Must have skills:** - 3-6 years of relevant work experience in business analysis. - Professional experience in Investment Banks: Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Financial Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting. - Thought leadership and subject matter expertise in the domain. - Proficiency in SDLC using waterfall and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). - Expertise in solution architecture and system development lifecycle. - Hands-on experience with enterprise application implementations, including microservices, APIs, UI interfaces, and reporting modules. - Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes. - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and capability to handle complex data sets or APIs. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools. **Desirable Additional Skills:** - Exposure to Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.), data modeling, Python, R, JSON, XML. - Willingness to learn software like GitHub, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Figma, Power BI, Tableau, ClickView, Visio, Qlik Sense, Postman, and ADO boards.
