In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of our trading and risk data platform. Your main focus will be on designing and building data foundations and end-to-end solutions to maximize the value from data. You will collaborate with other data professionals to integrate and enrich trade data from various ETRM systems and create scalable solutions to enhance the usage of TRM data across different platforms and teams. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage lake House using Databricks and Azure Tech stack (ADLS Gen2, ADF, Azure SQL). - Utilize SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake for data engineering tasks. - Implement data integration techniques, ETL processes, and data pipeline architectures. - Develop CI/CD pipelines for code management using GIT. - Create and maintain technical documentation for the platform. - Ensure the platform is developed with software engineering, data analytics, and data security best practices. - Optimize data processing and storage systems for high performance, reliability, and security. - Work in Agile Methodology and utilize ADO Boards for Sprint deliveries. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey technical and business concepts effectively. - Collaborate with team members at all levels to share ideas and knowledge effectively. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. - 6 to 10 years of experience in software development/engineering. - Proficiency in Azure technologies including Databricks, ADLS Gen2, ADF, and Azure SQL. - Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake. - Knowledge of data integration techniques, ETL processes, and data pipeline architectures. - Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and using GIT for code management. - Familiarity with Agile Methodology and ADO Boards for Sprint deliveries.
