Tech Assistant Production - Machine Operator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with supervisor to check and ensure the plant machines performance in terms of quality and productivity as per the OEM’s specification and commitment during trials.
• Maintaining documentation of each trial as per terms negotiated with the vendor.
• Will be responsible for successful commissioning of all production machineries.
• Develop systems and procedures for safekeeping of all the Warranty cards, Operating manuals, SOPs and other documentation from various suppliers.
• Responsible to achieve the OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) & production targets by Logistics within the timeline and quality requirements.
• Responsible for carrying the operations in production machines like production, CIP as per the SOP.
• Responsible for Production machines (Processing, Filling, and packing) cleanliness, 5S and carry out CLITA practices while shift operation.
• Maintain a complete record of logbooks for Packing materials, Production output and rejection details during every shift, hand over the shift to the reliever in proper manner.
• Coordinate with supervisor to improve the productivity, yield and reduce the rejection.
• Should have on Handling manpower in filling, packing and processing sections.
• Responsible for Preventive, predictive and Break down maintenance of Plant machines as per the schedule.
• Responsible to ensure the availability of Production machines (Processing, Filling and packing) as per the internal customer requirement.
• Responsible for continuous process improvements in terms of productivity, manpower requirement, energy saving and automation.
• Proactively identifying areas of obstruction of Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation breakdowns and inform to the supervisor.
• Adhere to GMP practices. Adhere to Safety & Quality standard operating procedures.
• Identify and Implement Process improvement projects.
• Follows and supports current Good Manufacturing Practices and current Good mfg/Laboratory Practices
