We are currently hiring for the position of Inbound Technical Support Process for the US Shift. As a Tech Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems, recommending suitable solutions, and offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers.
