Tech Agent for Inbound Tech

You will be working as a Tech Support Associate at a Growing Company offering great benefits and numerous opportunities. Your main responsibility will involve handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your role will include diagnosing the problems, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling technical support plans and relevant software. - Take inbound calls and assist customers with technical issues - Diagnose problems related to printers, routers, and antivirus software - Recommend and sell technical support plans along with relevant software - Must have experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Ability to close calls efficiently - Possess good convincing and sales skills - Knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad Qualification Required: - Must have experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Good closing skills for calls - Strong convincing and sales abilities - Familiarity with BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad,
