Monitoring equipment performance through regular inspections, data analysis, and reporting will also be part of your responsibilities. As the Lead Engineer, you will lead and manage capital equipment projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within set timelines, budgets, and specific requirements. Effective coordination with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Quality, Maintenance, NPC, R&D, and Supply Chain will be crucial for project success. You will also be required to manage contractors, vendors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and risks.
