Organising and filing electronic and paper records for easy retrieval. Assisting in retrieving and organising data for reports, audits, and other business needs. Collaborating with other teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes. Generating data reports and summaries as required by management. Maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies. Test Reports hard copies printouts and dispached to account dept, updates in excel sheet Verify, and maintain data in spread sheets, databases, and other data management tools. Follow company procedures for data storage, handling, and security. Assist in troubleshooting any issues with data management software. Required skills and qualifications Graduation /diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus. Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar data-focused role. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management software. Typing speed (Min 40wpm)and accuracy, with the ability to process large amounts of data efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Working knowledge with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills and qualifications Certification in typing speed or data entry software tools. Basic understanding of data protection regulations and security protocols. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies. Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is an advantage.
