AI & No-Code Automation Expert

You are a highly skilled and visionary AI & No-Code Automation Expert responsible for spearheading the identification, evaluation, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation solutions across departments. Your strategic role involves leveraging AI/ML technologies and no-code/low-code platforms to optimize business operations, drive digital transformation, and support data-driven decision-making. Your deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical expertise in deploying AI models, along with strong experience in using no-code platforms like Zapier, Make, N8N, Lovable, and similar tools for workflow automation, will be critical in this role. You are expected to possess a unique blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and a passion for continuous innovation. Your key responsibilities include identifying and assessing opportunities for AI adoption across various departments, designing, prototyping, and deploying AI/ML models, working with stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals, monitoring and evaluating AI models for performance, relevance, and scalability, developing, implementing, and maintaining no-code workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), N8N, Lovable, etc., automating repetitive tasks and integrating applications across sales, marketing, operations, and support, creating scalable automations that reduce manual efforts and improve process efficiency, ensuring security, error handling, and logging in all automated workflows, collaborating with data engineers, business analysts, and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions, training and supporting internal teams on AI tools and automation best practices, and documenting workflows, models, and processes for transparency and future improvements. You are required to have an M.Tech in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent technical degree, proven experience in AI/ML development using Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar, strong expertise in no-code tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), N8N, Lovable, experience with building and deploying automation workflows and API integrations, ability to translate business requirements into AI/automation use cases, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
