Job Description

As a Teamcenter Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and delivery of enterprise PLM solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of Teamcenter PLM solutions. - Designing and defining custom solutions for large-scale Teamcenter implementation projects. - Working directly with customers for requirement gathering, assessments, and solution design. - Configuring and customizing Active Workspace to meet business requirements. - Leveraging Teamcenter integration frameworks such as T4EA, T4S, T4O; CAD integrations experience is a plus. - Driving data migration and system integrations, ensuring performance and accuracy. - Executing projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and quality delivery. - Providing thought leadership, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to technical teams. - Defining and enforcing best practices, standards, and governance for PLM implementations. Your expected skills for this role include: - Strong knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture and solution design. - Hands-on expertise in ITK, BMIDE, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace Configuration & Customization. - Experience in CAD-PLM integrations and other enterprise integration approaches. - Strong programming/scripting skills: C, C++, Java, XML, SQL/Oracle. - Experience in data migration, mapping, and transformation processes. - Proficiency in deploying multi-tier and multi-site Teamcenter environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing experience. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide technical teams. - Proven problem-solving and analytical skills in complex PLM landscapes. - Exposure to cloud-hosted PLM environments (AWS/Azure). - Knowledge of complementary PLM platforms (Aras, 3DEXPERIENCE). - Siemens Teamcenter certifications (preferred).
