Team Member - Strategy

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve supporting the identification of strategic program opportunities that are aligned with the organizational mission and goals. You will assist in developing program plans that include goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaboration with the Program Development team and cross-functional departments will be crucial to ensure the seamless integration of programs with overall organizational strategies. Engaging in budgeting and resource allocation processes will also be part of your responsibilities, contributing to the efficient use of resources for program development. Additionally, you will interact with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for program refinement. Your support in implementing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess program effectiveness and impact will be essential, and providing regular updates on program development progress to the Lead - Program Development and relevant stakeholders will be expected. Qualifications required for this role include a Post Graduate degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in the field.
