Team Member - QA - Periodic Calibration

Job Description

Responsible for Calibration of Composites parts manufacturing assembly to achieve quality targets Execute QC activities that translates to reduction of COPQ(Cost of Poor Quality) and wastage Ensure the highest quality output that meets customers expectation in the most cost effective manner, through Calibration quality control activities along with action planning for identified gaps Supervise the Calibration activities Responsible for all the document related activities as per QMS requirement and Aerospace standards. Carry out In process inspection in each stage of process and Final Inspection and confirm the key characteristics Ensure each stages of operations are closed in Route card/ oracle in timely manner Verify the Configuration Status of each part Ensure to achieve Process capability for CTQ parameters Provide on job training and assistance for new joiners in the team. React productively and handle other essential duties or tasks as assigned. Ensure adherence to business excellence processes and principles in all activities Collect quality data for identification of trends and areas for improvement for action planning to fill the gaps Coordinate with the automation team, to identify use cases , and drive automation initiatives within the section Suggest and use of the latest technologies and tools for quality control measurement Attend MRB discussions, Support for Root cause analysis Visit to customer/Supplier locations for clarification of queries if any Understand and follow up for entire Testing activities (Mechanical testing, Incoming, Chemical and NDT). attend DWM meeting, Sunrise meeting.
