Performs highly skilled maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting work involved with electrical systems. Work involves technical application of electrical principles.

Job Roles & Responsibilities (Prior experience in the relevant role is not required)

Intensive in troubleshooting Elec, Mech, PLC, Tools, Jigs & fixtures, Hyd & pneumatics, technical procedures, drawings, and safety with the maintenance team.
Requires high skill level on preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for component replacement & LOTO on both Elec & mech
Constructs and maintains service equipment, mechanical systems, assembles and installs mechanical assemblies.
And maintenance document maintaining like ISO,TS,GSSF, 3Global standards & BIQS
Installs, services and repairs lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets and wiring.
Operates power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment.
Installs, repairs and services specialized electrical equipment and machinery.
Read & understand on electrical circuit diagrams, plc ladder diagrams & Mechanical tools, Fixtures & Jigs Drawings
Requisitions material and supplies from maintenance stockroom; calls vendors to discuss needs for parts and supplies and recommends purchases and suppliers.
Should be fast learners and self-motivated, independent worker.
Ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.
Transfers primary power from one power source to another.
May do other trades work incidental to electrical work.
