Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Member in Food and Beverage Service located in Chennai. The Team Member will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing phone orders, offering menu suggestions, upselling items, and maintaining the cleanliness of the service area. The role demands continuous interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience.

• Sales-oriented mindset and ability to upsell
• Effective interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Flexibility to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certification is a benefit
