Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Member in Food and Beverage Service, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Team Member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Daily tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with sales and promotions. The team member will also be required to work closely with other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the dining area. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills Sales skills with the ability to promote and upsell products Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in hospitality management is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
