Job Description

As a Team Member in the Compliance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the banks compliance with various regulations and internal policies. Your work will directly impact the banks reputation and ensure a stable and secure environment for our customers. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, providing support and contributing to the development and implementation of effective compliance strategies.

A bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as finance, law, or business administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks, including RBI guidelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Proficiency in using compliance software and tools for monitoring and reporting.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on compliance-related matters.
Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment.

Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to regulations.
Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, keeping the team updated on any new requirements.
Provide support and guidance to other departments on compliance-related matters, ensuring a consistent approach.
Collaborate with the legal team to address any legal or compliance-related issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities and ensure data integrity.
Conduct training sessions for new team members and provide ongoing compliance education.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance-related inspections or inquiries.
Assist in the investigation and resolution of any compliance-related incidents or complaints.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance management.
