As a Business Intelligence Unit member at our company, your role involves handling business and financial analytics, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting relationship efforts. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Analyze and trend data for management consumption - Prepare various reports on key business parameters to aid decision-making - Create review presentations for management reviews - Identify revenue leakages and implement corrective actions - Develop the annual business plan for the division - Implement regional/area performance parameters - Monitor monthly performance and conduct variance analysis - Provide specific reports to support relationship efforts in regions - Address RBI observations and requirements - Assist in rewards and recognition efforts with relevant MIS and execution ideas - Coordinate with various business groups for cross-synergy efforts - Collaborate with the central FINCON team to ensure accurate data reporting Additionally, you will be involved in supporting systems development and testing, including RM 360 and automation of activities for improved turnaround times.
