We are a leading firm looking for a Team Manager - ROC ( Secretarial and Compliance) with strong experience in handling statutory and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background in a Practicing Company Secretary (PCS) firm and demonstrate leadership, excellent client management, and a deep understanding of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Compliance Management: Ensure timely ROC filings, annual returns, and compliance with regulations.

✅ Client Handling: Manage client portfolios, provide advisory, and ensure compliance accuracy.

✅ Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, handle escalations effectively.

✅ Documentation: Maintain client records, develop SOPs, and prepare management reports.

Requirements:

✔️ Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

✔️ Strong knowledge of ROC, FEMA, SEBI, and corporate compliance

✔️ Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills

✔️ Strong communication and client management abilities

✔️ Detail-oriented with high accuracy in compliance work
