Job Description

Role & responsibilities

B.com or Charted Accountants
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Procure to pay process
Strong understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software especially S4 Hana
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

Preferred candidate profile

Point-of-Contact for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA rollout
Clearly articulate business requirements to IT and effectively interpret IT solutions for business stakeholders
Facilitate SAP COE to provide the information related to cleanup and preparation work related to S/4Hana migration from legacy system
Be part of User Acceptance testing (UAT) and perform data/ logic validation. Once completed, wok on mitigation plan along with IT team
Work with clients/ IT team and plan blackout period and its impact on volume, timelines
Cross-Functional Collaboration & IT Partnership with domain knowledge.
Serve as the primary liaison between the business P2P stakeholders and the IT department
