Team Manager - Debt Recovery

Role Overview: You will be leading and supervising a debt recovery team as a Team Manager - Loans Recovery. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the effective recovery of overdue loans while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and motivate the recovery team to achieve collection targets. - Monitor daily recovery performance and implement action plans for underperforming accounts. - Coordinate with legal and field teams for recovery of chronic/default accounts. - Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements. - Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance. - Handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements when required. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in loan recovery or collections management. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. - Target-oriented with a focus on achieving high recovery rates. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
