Team Manager - Debt Recovery

As a dynamic and experienced Team Manager in Loans Recovery, you will lead and supervise the debt recovery team to ensure effective recovery of overdue loans while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Lead, supervise, and motivate the recovery team to achieve collection targets. - Monitor daily recovery performance and implement action plans for underperforming accounts. - Coordinate with legal and field teams for recovery of chronic/default accounts. - Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements. - Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance. - Handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements when required. Qualifications required: - Proven experience in loan recovery or collections management. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. - Target-oriented with a focus on achieving high recovery rates. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
