Team Lead/Senior engineer

Job Explanation & Preferred Skills / Expertise:

• Design & development of products, as per the customer's requirement (Sheet metal component of automotive, scaffolding formwork component, construction equipment development) & handing over to respective 'Production-Team',
• Organize New RFQ feasibility meeting and store final feasibility report in server folder.
• Making the controlled-copy of final-drawings & putting the same in designated folder on organization's server.
• Designing & assembling of fixtures & templates & trying-out to ensure ease of production,
• Making the controlled-copy of final-drawings of fixtures & putting the same in designated folder on organization's server.
• ECN documentation in server along with circulation in the entire domain of the organization.
• Ensuring to manage all respective reports & database, as per ISO- and EN standards, on a periodic basis,
• Ensuring to update & share the 'Individual Development Reports' on a timely basis and accurately
• Ensuring to update & share the 'Inter-Departmental Production Related Reports' on a timely basis and accurately
• Preparing 'Monthly Development Review Presentation' & submitting the same to all in the 'chain of command / hierarchy',
• Perpetually keeping the 'Production's Customer Relevant Organization's Presentation' updated, as per the current status of the organization (i.e., Feasibility & Costing-Reports, etc.)
• Purchase order request to purchase department for development order through SAP.
• SAP BoM preparation, ID creation, uploading & updating with the coordination with marketing department.

Functional Competencies Required:

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
• Should be proficient with Solidworks / Fusion360 & AutoCAD
• Should have knowledge of Laser cutting, Bending, Welding, & Drawing Reading.
• SAP Software knowledge will be considered as an advantage and preferable.
• Project Management skills would be an added advantage
