Team Lead/Senior Consultant- SAP ABAP US Projects

As a Consultant at our company, you will be responsible for participating in implementation/upgrade/support projects focusing on ABAP development objects. You will work on delivering projects either remotely or onsite and coordinate with remote development teams. Your role will involve liaising with the Project Manager for project tracking and implementation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding organizational values and protecting intellectual property - Adhering to policies and procedures - Working with other functions to collect or provide data - Coordinating with multiple teams - Supporting business implementations - Setting up development guidelines - Acting as a trusted advisor to customers You will be expected to manage customer expectations, participate in practice initiatives, prepare technical specifications, build and review code, create unit test cases, and assist with various ABAP queries. Additionally, you will work with functional teams to assess operational issues, propose ABAP redesign for performance improvement, assess SAP OSS notes, and collaborate with SAP Functional Specialists.
