Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Sales, situated in Lucknow. The Team Leader Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing training programs, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, setting sales targets, conducting market research, and guiding team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor sales team members
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
